Touch down in Arusha and transfer to your hotel, where you meet your guide for a safari briefing over dinner.

Depart Arusha for Tarangire, famous for its massive baobab trees and large concentrations of elephants. Your camp is situated within the park boundaries, allowing you to maximize game viewing with morning and afternoon 4x4 drives when the animals are most active.

After a final morning game drive in Tarangire, you travel to the lush Lake Manyara National Park. An afternoon game drive provides your first encounters with the lake's incredible birdlife and famous tree-climbing lions.

Two full days exploring the diverse habitats of Lake Manyara. Game drives traverse the lush gallery forests, grassy flats and hot springs in search of the park's dense populations of elephant, buffalo, giraffe and the troops of rambunctious baboons.
